Irek Kadamov introduced Andrey Orlov to the staff of the EMERCOM of Tatarstan
Today, Irek Kadamov, Head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan, introduced Andrey Orlov, appointed Acting Minister of Civil Defense and Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan, to the staff of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Recall that on February 11, the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, appointed the First Deputy Minister of Civil Defense and Emergency Situations of the Republic, Andrei Orlov, as interim Minister. Prior to Orlov's appointment as acting head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan, Nikolai Surzhko held this position.
Irek Kadamov, Head of the Tatarstan headquarters of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations, stressed that the new head has the necessary experience and professional qualities to effectively carry out the tasks set.
"Congratulations! I think that during this period there has already been some immersion in the topic, there is a lot of work, but taking into account the current situation, it is relevant, civil defense issues have come to the forefront. At the upcoming meeting of the Republic's Security Council, we must make proposals that would significantly affect the positive outcome and changes that need to be made in the republic," said Irek Ilgizovich Kadamov, Head of the Main Directorate of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations for the Republic of Tatarstan.
