To learn all about the profession of a firefighter-rescuer, to see with your own eyes the conditions of service of firefighters, to communicate with real firefighters – this opportunity presented itself to the fifth graders of Kazan school No. 98, who came to visit the employees of the fire and rescue unit No. 7 of the Kazan fire and rescue garrison.
The tour took place on the territory of the unit, where, welcoming the little guests with flashing lights and sirens, red cars rolled out. Anton Tyryshkin, the squad commander, expressed a desire to become a guide for children. He showed the guys the equipment and equipment that firefighters use when traveling to fires and other emergencies. He explained how and for what purposes certain fire trucks go to the fire – tank trucks, car ladders, sleeve running, communication and notification vehicles.
In addition, the guests were told about the firefighters' combat equipment, demonstrated personal respiratory protection equipment.
