From April 25 to May 15, a special fire protection regime has been declared in Tatarstan
By Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 319 dated April 6, 2022, a special fire protection regime is introduced on the territory of the republic from April 25 to May 15. During this period, the amount of the fine for violation of fire safety is doubled.
The main feature of the special fire protection regime this year is a complete ban on bonfires, burning of solid household waste, dry grass and garbage. It is also prohibited to use an open fire for cooking in special fireproof containers (braziers, braziers, etc.). In addition, the use of pyrotechnic products of hazard classes 1 – 3 in the territories of settlements is prohibited.
Recall that during the special fire protection regime, the amount of the fine for violation of fire safety rules will be: for citizens from 2 to 4 thousand rubles, for officials - from 15 to 30 thousand rubles, for legal entities - from 200 to 400 thousand rubles.
