From March 1, 2022, new requirements for certification, registration and inspection of small vessels begin to act
Yuri Venediktov, Chief State Inspector of the Republic of Tatarstan for small vessels, told today about the changes made to the procedure for certification, registration and inspection of small vessels during a briefing held at the Republican Agency for Press and Mass Communications Tatmedia.
The amendments relate to the regulations and rules of certification for the right to manage small vessels used for non-commercial purposes; regulations and rules for the registration of small vessels used for non-commercial purposes; regulations of the state service for the inspection of small vessels used for non-commercial purposes. And it also concerns the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1014 dated June 25, 2021 "On approval of the Regulations on Federal State Control (Supervision) over the safety of people on water bodies."
