Safety Day in the sanatorium "Zhemchuzhina"

20 August 2021, Friday

On the eve of the new school year, employees of the Naberezhnye Chelny fire and Rescue garrison together with inspectors of the department of supervisory activities and preventive work and instructors of the RVFS visited the children's health camp, which is located on the territory of the sanatorium "Zhemchuzhina".

A training evacuation was carried out, the work of a fire tanker was demonstrated. The employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations told about the rules of fire safety, about fire extinguishing means, about caution during bathing and by what means rescuers provide assistance to victims of road accidents. Some guys even tried on fire equipment.

Such lessons are held constantly in the camps. They allow students to form a psychological readiness for action in extreme conditions and to instill elementary skills of handling fire, both adults and children.

Raphael Yumagulov, senior inspector of the department of supervisory activities and preventive work in the Komsomolsk district of the municipal formation of Naberezhnye Chelny, conducted a fire-fighting briefing with the management and service personnel of the children's camp, during which the listeners were reminded of fire safety rules, telephone numbers for calling emergency services, the procedure for personnel actions in case of a fire and the rules for using primary fire extinguishing means.

And the inspector of the department of supervisory activities and preventive work in the Komsomolsk district of the municipal formation of Naberezhnye Chelny, Pavel Nikolaev, made a speech to children. The theoretical part of the training is unconditional, interesting for children, especially from employees in bright blue uniforms, but the practical part is always more interesting. Each of the guys, according to tradition, managed not only to hold in his hands, but also to use a real fire extinguisher.

The lesson was informative, the students asked a lot of questions and received qualified answers. The camp counselors and staff expressed a unanimous desire to meet again with the specialists of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in such classes. In total, 208 children and 22 people from the camp staff took part in the event.

At the end of the meeting, in order for the children to always remember and observe the safety rules, the firefighters handed out memos about fire safety measures to them.
