Significant forces and means of the Kazan garrison were attracted today to extinguish a conditional fire in the building of the Kirov district court. Training fire-tactical exercises were successfully held here, during which various methods and conditions for rescuing victims and eliminating the fire as soon as possible were worked out.
According to the legend of the exercises, a fire broke out in the courtroom on the third attic floor of the Kirov District Court building due to a short circuit in the electrical wiring. Due to heavy smoke on the second and third floors, 3 people were cut off from the evacuation routes.
At the twenty-fifth minute after the fire occurred, the fire extinguishing manager reported on the elimination of the fire.
