Rustam Nigmatullin also drew attention to the fact that during the health campaign, it is necessary to ensure the strictest safety requirements and reduce all risks for children and young people to a minimum.
Sergey Sergeev, Deputy head Of the main Department of the Ministry of emergency situations of the Russian Federation for the Republic of Tatarstan, reported on the fire-fighting condition of children's health camps for Commission members. He said that one of the priorities of the main Department of the Ministry of emergency situations of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan is to control fire safety at facilities that cater to people, including in children's health camps. For this purpose, a set of organizational and practical measures to ensure fire safety of children's health institutions of the Republic has been planned.
As of June 22, inspections were conducted in 109 (94.7%) stationary children's health camps, including:
101 (97.1%) are stationary children's health camps with round-the-clock catering to children;
8 (72.7%) are children's health camps with round - the-clock catering to children, created on the basis of sanatoriums, rest homes.
In 6 children's health camps, inspections are planned for a later date due to their current unavailability.
According to the results of surveys of stationary children's health camps, 311 violations of fire safety requirements were detected, of which 16 were eliminated, which is 5.1%. The remaining violations are in the process of elimination.
At the end of the meeting, Rustam Nigmatullin drew attention to the fact that the implementation of the events mentioned today, compliance with the rules and requirements for their organization will help children spend their summer holidays not only fun, but also safe. Also, the Deputy Chairman of the CESFS of the Republic of Tatarstan recalled the personal responsibility and asked managers at various levels to take comprehensive measures to meet the requirements of legislative and regulatory acts of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan in matters of compliance with comprehensive safety measures for children and youth.
