EMERCOM of Russia improves the legal framework in the field of state control over the use of small vessels

In this work, the draft decree of the RF Government "On approval of provisions on the state Inspectorate for small vessels of EMERCOM of Russia, state control (supervision) for the use of small vessels classification and survey of small size vessels used in non-commercial purposes".
The regulatory legal act is aimed at implementing the mechanism of "regulatory guillotine" in the field of state control (supervision) over the use of small vessels.
The regulatory legal act is aimed at improving state control (supervision) over the use of small vessels in the internal waters and territorial sea of the Russian Federation.
