According to the Federal state budgetary institution "Department for Hydrometeorology and environmental monitoring of the Republic of Tatarstan" on April 11-13, 2020, the weather on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan will be formed under the influence of active cyclones and atmospheric fronts. Weather conditions will deteriorate significantly.
On Saturday, April 11, cloudy weather will be observed, in places in the Western and Northern regions with precipitation mainly in the form of rain. A strong southerly, South-westerly wind is also expected with gusts of up to 15-20 m/s. At night, the temperature will be +2..+7. During the day in the Western regions of the Republic in the zone of the atmospheric front is not higher than +4..+9, in the Eastern regions it is still very warm - +10..+15.
On Sunday, April 12, it will be overcast and windy in the Republic, with gusts of South-East with a transition to the North-West wind direction up to 15-20 m/s. At night, in places, mainly in the Western regions, rain with sleet. During the day, there will be precipitation everywhere, sometimes heavy, in the form of rain, in the Western regions with sleet. In some areas, a short-term snowstorm is possible. At night, air temperatures will drop to 0..+5, during the day it is expected +2..+7, in the East to +12.
Monday, April 13, Tatarstan will be influenced by the rear part of a cyclone with a strong North-westerly winds till 15-20 m/s, which would lead to further temperature drop at night to 0..-4, day +1..+6. Snow is expected, sleet, at night and in the morning in places heavy; in the afternoon in the Western regions of precipitation will stop. Also, in places, a snowstorm is expected, snow cover will be established for a short time, and ice will form on the roads at night and in the morning.
