Happy news came today from the capital of the Republic of Bashkortostan, where the all-Russian competitions in fire and rescue sports for the Cup of the Russian Emergencies Ministry and the Central Council of the RVFS ended.
In the fight for the honorary prize, Tatarstan citizens were ahead of the teams of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous district and the Moscow region, who took 2 and 3 places in the final Protocol, respectively.
The tournament was attended by 12 of the strongest Russian teams, which share the leading places in the ranking of the best fire and rescue sports.
The competition was held for two days and included two disciplines-overcoming the 100-meter obstacle course and climbing the assault ladder. The teams consist of adult athletes-men and women, as well as boys and girls of three age groups.
Two prizes were awarded to the Tatarstan national team following the results of the men's races in overcoming the 100-meter obstacle course. Roman Wagner and Marat Ziatdinov, who took the 2nd and 3rd places respectively at the end of the race, rose to the podium.
Finally, the crowning achievement of the overall victory was the triumph of Murat Akhmetov in climbing the assault ladder in the Junior group competitions.
Tomorrow in the sports arena of the main Department of the EMERCOM of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan, the winners of the Cup of the EMERCOM of Russia and the Cup of the Central Council of the VDPO will be honored.
