"No one is forgotten, and nothing is forgotten"! The Ministry of emergency situations holds a contest of children's drawings dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the Victory in the great Patriotic war

EMERCOM of Russia announces the start of the all-Russian competition for children's drawings and paintings dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the Victory in the great Patriotic war of 1941-1945 "No one is forgotten, and nothing is forgotten". Children of employees and employees of the Ministry of emergency situations of Russia can take part in the competition.

On the eve of the 75th anniversary of Victory in the great Patriotic war, the Ministry of emergency situations of Russia invites children of the Department's employees to participate in the children's drawing contest "No one is forgotten, and nothing is forgotten".

Works will be evaluated in three age categories:

from 3 to 7 years; from 8 to 14 years; from 15 to 18 years.

The theme of the works: "No one is forgotten, and nothing is forgotten".

Requirements for works submitted for the Competition:

Works must be original and performed at a high artistic level, correspond to the theme, historical material, be original and independent

Works are performed on A4 and A3 sheets in any style, using various artistic materials: painting-watercolor, gouache, tempera, oil; graphics-pencil drawing, pastel, print.

The work is accompanied by a title page (application) (see Appendix #1) and permission from the author to publish works in the Russian Ministry of emergency situations (see Appendix # 2). Information support (text) that complements the drawing is allowed.

To participate in the Republican stage of the festival, you must submit an application (a sample is available in the Annex to this Regulation). Creative works in electronic form are sent to the Department of personnel, educational work and professional training Of the main Department of the EMERCOM of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan by e-mail until March 20, 2020 ovripo@mail.ru.

Summing up the results of the competition will be held in Moscow on the eve of may 9, 2020.

The competition is held in three age categories:
