Hockey team "Dinamo-EMERCOM" went today to the Chinese city of Chengdu, where they will take part in the XVIII World games among police and firefighters. Our team will represent not only the Ministry of emergency situations of Russia and the Republic of Tatarstan, but also the Russian Federation in the elite division of the ice hockey tournament. "We are waiting for you only with victory!"- so instructed subordinates at the International airport "Kazan" named after G. Tukai head of The Main Department of EMERCOM of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan Lieutenant General of internal service Rafis Khabibullin.
The world police and fire games are held every two years. It's quite a prestigious competition. They are attended by Olympic Champions and world Champions, who at the end of the sports path continued their career in law enforcement.
The head of the Tatarstan Central Board of EMERCOM of Russia also said that the other day will be organized seeing the world games of police and fire and men's volleyball team "Dynamo-EMERCOM". In total, eight teams divided into two subgroups participate in the hockey tournament of the top division. The top two teams from each group advance to the semifinals. The winners of the semi-finals will meet in a fight for the title of the strongest team of the World games among police and firefighters.
