In such cases, there is marked anxiety, decreased criticality to one's own condition, a tendency to manipulative behavior, affective reactions, as well as the presence of suicidal thoughts or intentions.

Today, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Tatarstan respectfully and gratefully took a well-deserved rest from Ramil Rinatovich Almeev, head of the organizational work sector, who has worked at the Ministry of Civil Defense and Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan since November 2021. And in the period from 1994 to 2021, he served in the State Fire Service and civil service in the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan.
