Rafis Khabibullin: taking into account the forecasted risks of bad weather, heads of ministries and departments, heads of municipal formations must organize preventive measures

According to the Office of Hydrometeorology and Monitoring of the Natural Environment of the Republic of Tatarstan in the evening on February 4 and at night and in the afternoon on February 5, 2018, during the passage of active frontal divisions on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan and in Kazan followings are expected: 
- very strong South wind 15-20 m/s, sometimes gusts up to 25 m/s;
- heavy precipitation in the form of snow, sleet, frozen rain, rain;
-snowstorm with reduced visibility to 500 metres or less;
- ice, fog at places;
- strong black ice and snow drifts on the roads;
- sliding down of snow from building roofs.
