Incidents as of July 30:
Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 59 times. Including garbage extinguishing – 9, false alarms – 13, short circuit of wiring without burning – 7, meal burning – 4, cooperation with other services – 11. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 9 fires: residential sector – 2, outhouses – 5, vehicles – 2. 1 person was injured.
Causes: violation of electric equipment construction and use rules – 2, violation of vehicle construction and use rules – 1, violation of furnace construction and use rules – 3, careless fire usage – 1, lightning – 1, arson – 1.
Departures of fire departments for rescuing at the elimination of the consequences of traffic accidents – 6 times.
Departures of voluntary fire protection units on firefighting – 2.
Departures of search and rescue units of EMERCOM of RT – 13 times. Including doors unlocking – 3, traffic accidents – 1, searching drowned person – 2, searching lost person – 1, others – 6. Preventive works – 10.

· do not enter the water after a long time spent under the sunlight (muscles may convulse);
· diving in unfamiliar places, swimming behind buoys and playing games that can threat people’s life and health is forbidden, also you should not swim on inflatable mattresses or bladders and get close to ships;
· do not swim in unequipped places, the bottom is unexplored and there are no rescuers around;
· in the waters with a large number of algae you should try to swim closer to the surface and not touching the plants. But if your hands and legs are entangled by stems, make a pause (take a “float” position to bob up) and release them;
· do not leave children unattended, and all the more, do not drink alcohol.

Keep the rules of safe behavior on the water:
- do not swim in a state of intoxication;
- do not drive water vehicles (boats, water bikes, skis, etc.) near places where people swim;
- do not jump into the water at unfamiliar places;
- do not leave children on the shore without adult supervision;
- do not allow children to go without permission to the water and swim.
In case of fire and other emergencies immediately call 01, or 112.

· do not abuse alcohol, never smoke in bed;
· do not leave children unattended, teach them basic rules of fire safety;
· never use faulty electrical wiring, do not overload the grid, use caution when using electric heaters;
· do not leave powered on electrical and gas devices unattended.
Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan addresses to its residents with a request on not leaving children unattended:
- It is especially dangerous to leave children alone locked in apartments and rooms. In case of fire they cannot quit burning room themselves.
- Remember that every adult is responsible to halt playing with fire and to explain children that it is dangerous.
- Take care of your children’s safety, explain them that they must quit room immediately during a fire, and then call single number of emergency services 112.
Remember! A fire does not occur by itself. Its cause is the human negligence and carelessness use of fire. A drunk person loses control of oneself and one’s actions, and all the more cannot bear any responsibility for another person's life.
