New Step in the Development of the Voluntary Fire Service of Tatarstan

Projects of laws envisaging changings in the laws ‘On fire service in the Republic of Tatarstan’ and ‘On fire safety’ considered and adopted in the final reading. The bill ‘On voluntary fire service in the Republic of Tatarstan’ was represented by the Chief of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan – Minister on civil defense and emergency situations of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rafis Khabibullin. The deputy chairman of the Committee on Legality, Law and Orde, Rafil Nugumanov acquainted parliamentarians with the committee decision, which are recommended to adopt the bill in the first and third readings.
