During the special fire regime, administrative fines for violation of fire safety rules are doubled.
This was announced today to representatives of the media of the Republic during a briefing at the Republican Agency for press and mass communications "Tatmedia" Deputy chief state inspector of the Republic of Tatarstan for fire supervision Maxim Truschin.
The speaker of the Ministry of emergency situations said that every year the situation with fires worsens during the new year holidays, while in this period there are fires with group deaths. Thus, in the period from 30.12.2018 to 10.01.2019 in the Republic of Tatarstan 110 fires were registered (the same period of the last year -105, + 4.8%), which killed 5 people (the same period of the last year – 7, -28.6%), injured 17 people (the same period of the last year – 12, +41.7%).
The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan adopted resolution No. 1103 dated 05.12.2019, which introduced a special fire-prevention regime in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan from December 20, 2019 to January 9, 2020. In the conditions of a special fire-prevention regime, administrative fines for violation of fire safety requirements are increased, for individuals from 2 to 4 thousand rubles, for officials - from 15 to 30 thousand rubles, for entrepreneurs without a legal entity - from 30 to 40 thousand rubles and for legal entities - from 200 to 400 thousand rubles.
