I congratulate you on the 87th anniversary of the establishment of the Civil Defence.

Since its inception, the Civil Defense has been tested by war, man-made accidents and disasters. Today, it has become a serious pillar of the State in security matters. The Civil Defence Force is ready to respond not only to wartime threats, but also to the dangers in daily life.
