A delegation of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan headed by the Chief of the Headquarters of Informational Technologies of MIA of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan, Almazbek Boobekov, are in the Republic of Tatarstan with a working visit. During the day, the guests from Middle Asia studied the experience of various service of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan and EMERCOM of the Republic of Tatarstan. The delegation visited the Calls Reception Center of the Service-112, the Department of Civil Defense of Kazan Executive Committee and the Crisis Management Center.
