Within safety provision of matches of 2018 World Football Championship, there are held lessons for employees of the central office and subordinate institutions of the Headquarters on studying objects, involved in holding matches of the Championship in Kazan, in the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan. Team exercises of employees of the Headquarters are held according to schedule. There are worked out issues of cooperation with other emergency services.

On September 11, 2017 at 6.33 PM, there was received report about that two men a woman got lost in the woods. District forester of Zelenodolsk forestry, a task force of the 8 squad of federal fire service, rescuers of Kazan search and rescue squad, a team of MIA of Russia for Zelenodolsk District departed to search the mushroom pickers. At 9.12 PM, the lost were found by employees of the 8th squad; they did not need medical aid, and they were delivered home.

Incidents as of September 11:

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 56 times. Including garbage extinguishing – 4, false alarms – 26, short circuit of wiring without burning – 3, meal burning – 2, cooperation with other services – 11. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 3 fires: residential buildings – 1, outhouses – 1, vehicles – 1. 1 person was injured, 1 person was rescued.
