Among participants – the large enterprises and the organizations of the republic of different forms of ownership under which authority ZS GO are. We will note that shelters of a similar class are intended for placement of the working changes of the enterprises, and population bulk in case of danger will be beforehand evacuated from a dangerous zone. The commissions as a part of specialists of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and Ministry of Construction of Tatarstan show a condition of shelters, at assessment measures for control and the maintenance of ZS GO, compliance to service regulations, their contents and use are considered. For assessment of objects the commission is guided by such criteria as safety and maintenance in readiness of the available fund, readiness for reception covered and observance of service regulations of a construction and the equipment.

Сотрудники МЧС подготовили для детей интересную и насыщенную программу. Сначала молодые спецназовцы были ознакомлены со специальным оборудованием и инструментом спасателей. Самые смелые и сильные дети испытали силу и мощь гидравлический инструмент, по мерам безопасности, одев перчатки и спасателя шлем.

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 44 times. Including garbage extinguishing – 5, false alarms – 11, short circuit of wiring without burning – 1, meal burning – 5, cooperation with other services – 8. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 7 fires: outhouses – 1, garden houses – 1.One person died, one was injured, one person rescued.

Causes: violation of electric equipment construction and use rules – 3, violation of furnace construction and use rules – 1, careless fire use – 2, careless smoking – 1.

Departures of fire departments for rescuing at the elimination of the consequences of traffic accidents – 7 times.

Departures of voluntary fire protection units on firefighting – 1.

Departures of search and rescue units of EMERCOM of RT – 4 times. Including doors unlocking – 2, searching drowned person – 1, others – 1. Preventive works – 12.
