The swimming was organized for visitors of Tatarstan capital by employees of the GIMS Center of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan, coaches of sports swimming school of the ‘Kazanorgsintez’ swimming pool, Kazan rescuers and OSVOD representatives. Qualified noble coaches helped recruits to improve techniques swimming styles. They are honored worker of physical culture of the Republic of Tatarstan, deputy director of the ‘Kazanorgsintez’ swimming pool on educational and sports process, referee of All-Russian category on swimming, Farid Galeev and swimming coach, Guzel Perovich, who came to her homeland from Serbia to rest.

About 2 o’clock tonight, at once several fire reports in the village of Bolshie Kurguzi were received via 01 service. It turned out that an abandoned building of kindergarten was burning. Voluntary firefighters from the village of Bolshie Klyuchi, which is located 9 km away from Bolshie Kurguzi, arrived to the fire site first. Duty units of the separate post of Raifa monastery and the fire and rescue department No. 53 from Zelenodolsk arrived to their support. They coped with the fire quickly. Its preliminary cause is careless use of fire by unidentified persons.

The representative delegation from the United Arab Emirates came to Zelenodolsk within events on founding two high-speed passenger vessels of the А145Е project at Gorky Zelenodolsk Factory. The guests proceeded to the Muslim prayer house of Zelenodolsk fire and rescue garrison which is located next to the fire and rescue department No. 52 of the 8th squad. The house along with the orthodox chapel opened in the garrison on 2011.

Incidents as of July 17:

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 71 times. Including garbage extinguishing – 7, false alarms – 32, short circuit of wiring without burning – 4, meal burning – 2, cooperation with other services – 13. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 8 fires: residential sector – 1, vehicles – 1. 1 person died.
