While a policeman was trying to reach an agreement with a man through the locked door, employees of the fire and rescue department No. 53 set up a ladder to the window on the fifth floor. An EMERCOM psychologist, Irina Belova, entered the negotiations. She managed to establish the contact with the man, and persuaded him to let the policeman in. Including garbage extinguishing – 3, false alarms – 16, short circuit of wiring without burning – 1, meal burning – 2, cooperation with other services – 5. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 3 fires, including outhouses – 2, various types of property – 1.
