In Zelenodolsk district actions on safety on ice is holding

Recall, that the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan from 25.06.2014, № 435 amended the Rules for the protection of human life on water bodies. Now, for those who went out on the ice of water bodies with an ice thickness of less than 7 centimeters, according to part 2 of article 3.10, a number of sanctions are provided from warning to imposing a fine of 1500-2000 rubles. For officials the size of the punishment – 5000-7000 rubles. Legal entities for staying on the ice will have to pay the largest amount from 50,000 to 70,000 rubles.

The main purpose of joint raids is to prevent accidents on water bodies and loss of life. As part of the joint raid, SISV inspectors and fire service officers conducted explanatory conversations with fishermen. Fans of fishing handed out a memo about the safe stay on the ice and talked about the means of salvation, which should have every person going out on the ice. Meanwhile, the specialists of the Department of public order drew up protocols on violators of the Rules of protection of human life on water bodies, which are now submitted for consideration to the administrative Commission.
