Fans of fishing handed out a memo about the safe stay on the ice and talked about the means of salvation, which should have every person going out on the ice. Meanwhile, the specialists of the Department of public order drew up protocols on violators of the Rules of protection of human life on water bodies, which are now submitted for consideration to the administrative Commission.
