The fire occurred on January 8 in the deep night. Only thanks to his vigilant neighbor, the culprit of the fire, who fell asleep on the couch with a burning cigarette, remained alive. As recalls 74-year-old Haydar Zaynullin, at night his wife felt the smell of smoke and immediately woke him up. Then she called a fire brigade. Knowing that their neighbor is a lover of alcohol and a chain smoker, Zaynullin understood where the smell of smoke. When he opened the front door with a crowbar, he could not go inside immediately, because inside there was the smell and strong smoke. The neighbor gave a voice. To walk to the couch where he was lying, Zaynullin had to water the smoke. Otherwise there was no way. He managed to pull the neighbor out to the porch.
